first you have to generate Challan For GST payment...
for paying GST there is three option.
1) E payment 2) RTGS/ NEFT (In Your case) 3) OTG ( Over the counter cash limit 10,000)
when you select the above option fill the amount in each column. as per your tax. (CGST, SGST, IGST Etc. ) after that you will see the detail of beneficiary
Beneficiary Name - GST Beneficiary A/c No. 123456789 Beneficiary Bank Name - Reserve Bank Of India Amount 0001

RTGS/NEFT BY VISITING YOUR BANK BRANCH...U HAVE TO WRITE A CHEQUE WITH CHALLAN AND HAND IT OVER TO THE BANK BRANCH...IN THAT CASE CHEQUE IN FAVOUR OF RESERVE BANK OF INDIA GST
