Payment of company incometax by a director on behalf of company

If a Director pays income tax of a company by his credit or debit card, on behalf of company ,and company gives director a cheque for tax paid, is it allowed.

It's better to pay payment like income tax from companies Bank account only for accounting purposes . Acknowledgment receipt should be in the name of company after payment through challan .

Due to some reason some problem  thro net banking ,  and for companies  when bank trying to load advance tax form  ITNS 280, not accepting saying  for corporate pay through net banking.
