I have to pay advance tax for a company but i dont have net banking in it so can i pay the tax from its sister concern and then transfer that amount from the comapny to its sister concern.

yes, you can pay & pass the entry in the books of company to show your sister concern as a unsecured loan & make a payment via cheque for the same to your sister concern

yes
The bank account is not important from which you pay the tax. Just confirm that you pay the Advance Tax against the appropriate PAN because the credit shall go the PAN quoted and not to the person/company from whose bank account the payment is made.

yes u can but remember that u pass the proper entry for that in the books
