payment has been debited by bank but not credited in ledger. how to file the return in such a case.

we have to wait until system credit the balance to ledger and challan status is also updated by system
same issue I had also faced

This is a technical issue, it may be credited within 1 or 2 working day, please wait, I have faced same problem earlier
