payment date under GST
can any one tell me the due date of payment of tax under GST with relevant rule/sec

Payment should be made on or before 20th of every month, beforre filing GSTR-3
Sec 39 (7) of CGST Act says- Every regd person shall pay tax not later than the last due date on which return is required to be furnished.
Due date of monthly return is 20th of next month.
