Hi Raghu i am also a ca student,i am not a industry expert.But i have collected some information in this matter from icai, and from some chartered accountants. so i can tell u that frist track ca(who clear it in 1st attempt) can start in the range of 5lac @ to 12lac @ in india.And other ca can start anything between2.2lac to 4lac @ .

Hi Raghu, It also depends on the industry which you choose. Initial pay may be less but an experience of 2 years + will help to get a pay of 9lac + p.a Mahesha M
