Can anyone suggest any reliable software [either an online Calculator or downloadable stand-alone Program] to work out pay fixations, calculate Arrears and Taxes on the basis of 6th CPC pay scales as approved/ notified by the Government recently?

Mybasic pay was Rs 4900/- on 01.01.2006 in the scale 4000-100-6000 and date of increment is 1st July.I got ACP on 19.07.2007 and pay upgraded in the pay scale in 5000-150-8000.
Kindly fix my pay and calculate the arrear. What is pay on 01.01.2006 and 19..07.2007 ? What is pay on 01.09.2008.
