Past How Many years cab get Gst Refund

Its is 2 years from relevant date. For inverted duty structure relevant date is due date of filing of return of that month. So You can take refund from Feb 2020 as per law but there has been a notification whereby period from March 2020-Feb-2022 will not be counted for calculation of 2 years
Which means i can apply refund for 2 years?
