Past How Many Years I can claim Gst refund ( inverted duty structure)
If i am applying as of now dated- 20-02-2023
Its is 2 years from relevant date. For inverted duty structure relevant date is due date of filing of return of that month. So You can take refund from Feb 2020 as per law but there has been a notification whereby period from March 2020-Feb-2022 will not be counted for calculation of 2 years
