I Did articleship in a small firm. just consisting of Partnership Firms and SME Companies. Will i Get Job. I Have applied for Campus. Will i get placed in campus. How does the Industry Treat it ? I am Looking for a career in finance. My Age is 25. Further Going to Pursue CFA.
Throw the notion out of your mind that people from small firm will not get placed in campus. The performance in your interview, how smart you answer and carry yourself counts a lot. Remove negative vibes whether I can get a job or not, what if I get rejected ? Face the reality and overcome the shortcomings which you perceive are the real threats.
No one raises to the top just by dreaming, you need to put in efforts to walk that extra mile. Just staring at the hill, you can't reach the top, you need to climb it step by step. So, it is all possible only if you dare to challenge yourself and prove your worth. Think positive and you will surely reach the zenith.
