hi..... friends here the comparative pass percentage of CA final for Nov'08 & June'09.

Quick Summary

ICAI CA Final June 2009 pass percentage was 13.85% for both groups, compared to 20.27% in Nov 2008. Group I pass rate in June 2009 was 32.42% and Group II was 15.03%. Students discussed the low pass percentage and new syllabus results.

Only 4 students passed the Final ( New Course).( See the Sept newsletter - President's Message)

I have find some data regarding new course

As per ICAI president

The results declared for the New Syllabus has not been encouraging. A total of only 9 students passed out of which only 2 students passed in both groups.

our company has a joint venture agreement with another company, so we formed a AOP, but now we want to register our joint venture contract, i know it is not mandatory but we want, so can anyone tell me where to register, how to register joint venture contract and another thing is that if we want to register as a company what is the procedure of it.
