Partnership registration with rof
Hello,
One of our client has formed the partnership firm 2012. therafter 2 of the partners were retired and retirement deed was duly executed in 2015. However now client wants to register the firm with ROF. can firm formed in 2012 be registered now with Rof ? can anyone guide regarding the procedure

there is no need to register the partnership deed when the business is formed. Under Section 58 of the Act, this can be done at any time through an application with the Registrar of Firms that has jurisdiction where the firm is situated or proposed to be situated.
