Two Partners formed a Partnership firm by preparing a deed of partnership in Rs. 150/- NJS duly Notarized this month. Now both partners wishes to register this deed under at Registrar of Partnership firms of west bengal. Kindly guide the procedure to register the deed at Registrar of Partnership firms of west bengal. Also whether they can register this duly notarized deed at Registrar of Partnership firms of west bengal or they need to prepare fresh deed in NJS.
Also one of the partner have expensed around 5000/- for legal & other fees for formation of this firm, how he can claim the amount from firm.
