Can name of two partnership firms be same

In the UK, unlike private limited companies which have a central registry preventing duplicate names, partnership firms can indeed be registered with the same name. This is because there isn't a unified database that enforces name uniqueness for partnerships. Therefore, it is possible to register two separate partnership firms using identical names.

Ye, 2 partnership firms can have the same name. Unlike Pvt Ltd company where a database is maintained by ROC and the same name is not allowed, 

This does not apply in the case of Partnership Firms.
