i want ot start a hir epurchase business in the name of Partnership firm. are there any restrictions in carrying out hire purchase business in the name of the partnership firm?

There is no restrictions for a partnership firm to do hirepurchase business. It is also to be registered under VAT Act of your state.....mjk
