A Partnership Deed for a firm is Executed in M.P. mentioning principal place of business is located in M.P. and further-
1.) such firm wish to commence any business in Rajasthan ,then is it required to alter partnership deed or to make new deed.
2.) Whether above firm is required to obtain new TIN for Rajasthan or M.P TIN can be used for doing business in rajasthan as a branch of M.P. please suggest me the procedure also

1) You can comence business in Rajasthan but as a branch and not as a principal place of business but however the partnership deed needs to be seen in prespective whether it allows opening of branches if not only an addendum needs to be done to that extent
2) For TIN (probably u mean VAT) u need to obtain a fresh TIN otherwise for the state of Rajasthan you will be a unregistered dealer..
