Partnership Deed
Suppose Ram obtain a manufacturing licence in the name of ABCD Firm on 01/11/20. There was no business set up till 21/02/21. Now Ram wanted to enter into partnership with Ravi on 22/02/21. Now my question is that whether we have to mention in the deed that the licence was already obtained showing the status as proprietorship firm. If yes then how to write in the deed.

First thing you have to know is that a propreitoship or partnership are two different concept. So, you need not required to mention anything in deed.
Second thing you have to take new license for partnership. You will not use the older one.
