Dear Sir / Madam,
1) Is it possiable to cancelled Partnership deed without canacelling Mortigage Deed in the Directorate of Industries, District Indutris Center.
2) Excemption can be availed upto cleance of Loan from SFIC or only upto period specified in the Regstration of Tiny SIDO ?
Pls resolve the above problem.
I dont think u cannot cancell the PD, PD cancelled means business coming to end. It states closing all business operation and liquidating assets and liabalities. Mortgage deed is a liablity till the task is complete. However you can modify PD.
