Can a CA be a partner in CA firm and run his proprietorship firm simultaneously?
If yes, whether CA is allowed to do attestation function in both the firms?
and how can I find guidelines from ICAI relating to this question?

Yes he can be a partner in a firm as well he can carry his own proprietary profession.
