PARTNER SHIP

You need to file an application with the Registrar of Firms of the area in which your business is located.The below documents are required for the registation of partnership firm : 
– Application for Registration  
– Partnership deed 
– Name of your firm 
–Joining details of partner
– Full name and permanent address of partners.
– Place of business 
 

An unregistered Partnership Firm can be registered with Local Registration Authority, being Registrar of Firms (RoF) in case of Partnership Firm.
