PRESS RELEASE ICAI today announced that it will conduct Special Campus Interviews exclusively focusing small and medium enterprises across India.


Announcing the move of the ICAI, CA. Vijay Kumar Gupta, Chairman of the Committee for Members in Industry felt that the Chartered Accountants have been adding substantial values for the performance of PSUs, Multi-national enterprises, Regulatory Authorities as evidenced by the participation of these companies and organisations in the various Campus Placement Programmes that have been organized by ICAI so far.

As a first time measure, CA. Gupta said, ICAI is going to conduct exclusively structured Campus Interviews for small and medium enterprises, which he felt will transform the way in which the SMEs are going to function in future. He was confident that SMEs would come forward to utilize the opportunities provided by ICAI to recruit newly qualified chartered accountants which will go a long way in transforming the functioning of this small and medium enterprises in the overall interest of the economy of the Nation.
