Statutory Audit firm which was appointed LY for a period of 5 years their Audit partner has changed. Do we need to file any form regarding the change in the partner
Secondly do we need to take eligibility letter from the firm or partner stating that they are eligible to be the Auditors of the co and change in partner will have no impact on the quality of the audit
