sir. there are certain sleeping partners in the firm with profit ratio and also they have a capital where by some interest is also drawn. Now the question is that as they are some technical people, hence can they work in the firm and draw the salary.

If they are interested in working in the firm, why not make them working partner?

No, not interested, but they would like to render service as an employee as they have certain professional skills

Hire them as Profession consultants and deduct TDS u/s. 194J.

other than this option, is there any other choice. ok. if i make the clause in the PD that so and so sleeping partners , would like to join as an employee due to their professsional skills, hence salary is paid. so... is it ok

The statement is contradictory. Sleeping partners........ drawing salary....... Will not work...
