Can we refer our notes in paper no 6 or they will provide their own study material in exam?

you can bring your own notes as per recent notification
but there is some talking in groups the notification was withdrawn by ICAI
no it is not withdrawn. Go through the instructions mentioned in your hall ticket. It has been clearly written you can.
