The DSC you are trying to affix is not registered at the portal. Kindly register the DSC first or use another DSC which is registered in the portal. A person facing this issue should make sure that DSC is registered with the portal. On the portal, go to Dashboard and then to Register/Update DSC tab to register the DSC.
