If an entity is changing thier form of business from proprtership to Pvt Ltd. Is it needed to change its PAN number newly ????

but
the Company's Management has to file form regarding change in company's particulars in the prescribed form with the department....
yes, PAN needed to be changed because company is seperate legal entity and it is different from proprietorship......

but proprietorship and company will be treated as different person in the INCOME TAX ACT, 1961
