as you all know PAN No. is mandatory now
I want to know whose PAN no. i should take for the following Cases
1.Public Limited Company
2. Pvt ltd, company
3. Partnership Firm
4. HUF
5.Proprietory
My main doubt is - if propriator is running a business and he doesn't have PAN No. in his Business Name
what i should do ?
1.Public Limited Company - Of the company
2. Pvt ltd, company - Of the company
3. Partnership Firm - of the firm
4. HUF - of the HUF
5.Proprietory - of the proprietor i. e. the individual.
The above is for general purpose. In case of any specific purpose please elaborate
is PAN No. is alloted to Proprietor business also
