Dear experts,
My relative obtained PAN by providing address of his native. Income Tax department has sent to PAN to his "native only" which falls under jurisdiction ITO Ward-1/APR/W/77/5.
But now the PAN is lying in under jurisdiction ITO Ward-9(4)/KAR/W/222/4 which is wrong. And now ITR is not being processed above either Officers.
My question is what is the procedure of Transfer of PAN from one ward/circle to another. Is there any department written consent/draft from Department. Kindly provide at the earliest.
