Hi all,
While incorporating a LLP, the PAN of the signing partner is showing the error as 'PAN ENTERED IS NOT VALID, PLEASE ENTER VALID PAN. FILLIP PRESCRUTINY ERROR' (attached screenshot for reference)
please help me in this regard, the pan validation was successful in the form and error is at Prescrutiny time. the DSC is registered with Income tax portal also.

You can try by registering dsc as authorised representative under the associate DSC option

I am facing this issue for the last 10days
All forms are pre scrutinized successfully but after uploading same error is showing.. Even I associated DSC as Authorised representative in MCA portal. The director is not having any DIN till now. Also applying DIN through this spice form..I request all to help me in this issue.. Didn't get any solution from MCA even after raising many tickets
