Dear Sir. Do we have a facility of making corrections in the PAN data base as per Aadhar , instead of going through making an application of 49 A manually and making submission with TIN facilitation cente

Yes there is paperless PAN application through Aadhaar otp and there are good alternatives given to make payment of pan application fee online
PAN data can be changed online on https://www.tin-nsdl.com/services/pan/pan-index.H T M L.
Aadhaar OTP based application facility is also available, but may not work if address lines in Aadhaar database exceeds PAN address database. Besides DSC (Digital signature) facility is also available, if assessee has one.
It may be best to make online application without Aadhaar or DSC & make fee payment online.
Take printout of PAN application generated after fee payment (with acknowledgement no for tracking) & sign the same & along-with photocopies of [1] Existing PAN [2] Identity & [3] address proof this set should be couriered to NSDL Pune address.
