No need of submitting original PAN Card. Just submit photocopy of PAN card and photocopy of address proof as mentioned in PAN Application form. Your PAN will remain the same.

Yes there is no need of submitting original PAN Card.
Just submit photocopy of address proof / Pan Card as mentioned in PAN Application form.
Your Permanent A/c no. will remain the same.

There is no need of submitting of original PAN Card. Only xerox copy submit of PAN Card & Address proof .
no need to submit original pan card..xerox of pan card is sufficient and with dat your new address proof of delhi...
