Dear Sirs,
My sister Smt. Rita Saha married to one Mr. Dipak Dutta. After marriage, as per custom, she took the husband's surname and she is known as Smt Rita Dutta. Her PAN card bears the name " RITA SAHA". Recently, she obtained Aadhaar Card which bears the name as " RITA DUTTA". She wants to continue with this surname only. She managed to open a Bank Account as " RITA DUTTA". My query is :
(1) Whether she needs to change the PAN CARD
(2) In case of change in name, whether her PAN Number will change
(3) Whether TDS deducted under the original PAN will be considered
(4) Under which name she has to file Income Tax Return.
(5).Whether IT Returns filed under " Rita Saha" would be considered for issue of PASSPORT
