Hey all, theres a problem.

A housing society is there, not registered as minimum no. of members to get registered has not been reached.

Now Airtel wants to place a network tower on building head, so how a PAN card will be issued.

As PAN card authority UTI is asking for proof which contains Charity Commisioner Certificate.

Now what to do, Airtel is going to deduct TDS, so it will create much problem.

Whats solution??

If there are less than 11 members, one cannot form CO-operative Housing society but can form Condominium. One will have to apply for PAN as an " Association of Person" ( AOP ).

You cannot register under Charity Commissioner unless and untill you are doing any charitable purpose. Housing is not a charitable purpose.

Income from Renting of space to a non-member ( AIrtel, in your case ) is taxable.
