Hello all!, I have generated pan card last year. My home town is in Jammu and Kashmir. I have received the pan card on the correct address. But the jurisdiction a.o. it is showing of utter pradesh. Is there any solution to correct my jurisdiction?

I have called ITR dept. They are saying when u will be filing the itr online,, fill the jurisdction as jammu(your permament addreess) and it will be updated automatically in Pan card from Utter pradesh to jammu.. Is this possible??? I have never filed an itr
