Please fill up 49B for changing in Permanent address, attached a proof of your address & send to UTI or NSDL .

U can change it at any NSDL center near by u. No compultion to change your adress in PAN

for pan card address change use correction form -49A not 49B (this is only for change in TAN data)

Does can we get the PAN showing Proprietory Firm Name ?

e.g. ESCORT ENGINEERS

If yes, describe the details to filling PAN application form.

No its not possible because proprietory ship firm does not have any legal existance without the honour.

So its not possible....

in coming Companies Act, 2009 it can be possible because there is concept of One Man Company. then it can be possible but OMC will be add with name

Can any one pls tell me how i can file the Revise Return of TDS.
