In your case type of applicant will be "Firm"
After online application send the document signed in black ink by one working partner.
Attached the xerox copy of the DEED with the Acknowledge.
Go to www.tin-nsdl.com and click on apply for new PAN. Then after the payment of fees, submit the documents to the adress mentioned therein. After the application is processed at NSDL, you'll receive the card. It may take around 20 days.
