How to Apply PAN Card for a Deceased Assessee?.The Assessee
Died on 01.12.2019 in his 67th Year.That Person has Taxable Income of Rs.700000/ after his Death.Please let me know how to file his return of income by his only legal heir.Before his death he had No Taxable Income No TDS.Can the legal heir who is an assessee file the return of income of the Deceased father under his PAN.

Return has to be filed by the Representative Assessee of the Individual under his own PAN by selecting the option of return filed by RA in verification tab of ITR
