A Bihar based madrasa wants to apply for a Pan Card however there is confusion with regard to Status to be specified in the application.
If we ignore the following status that I think may not be acceptable - Individual, HUF, Company, Partnership Firm, Limited Liability Partnership, AOP, BOI, Local Authority, Artificial Judical Persons we are left with the following:
Government & Trust
However there is no Trust Deed so that leaves only the govt. option. So what do we enter in the application because there madrasas are not directly under the state government.
