Actualy i just completed PAN card application first process alone in NSDL can i know apply for instant e-PAN in income tax website

Quick Summary

If you've already submitted a PAN card application through NSDL, you cannot apply for an instant e-PAN via the Income Tax website. Even if the NSDL application registration was successful, it will prevent a new instant e-PAN application. It's advised not to apply for an instant PAN if you have a pending application with NSDL.

YES, You can apply as instant pan because pan has not been applied from NSDL

If you have already applied for PAN by filing an application with NSDL(application is submitted as mentioned by you) then do not opt for instant PAN now.
