Dear All,
My Client's pan isn't linked with aadhar yet. He wants to file his ITR for f.y. 2020-2021. He already paid 5000/- rs. as a penalty. Even if he will try to link his pan with aadhar it will take 4-5 days i think. Whether has an option to submit his ITR & filed later ?? Immediate e verification is compulsory ??
He can file updated ITR, and e-verify it in next 30 days.
