An individual-
-NRI -
-who has not filed returns for nearly 5 years and having income in India
-also not linked their PAN and Aadhar
- he is also not having DSC.
-Recently he received e campaign notice from IT department
- tried to download 26 AS, AIS, TIS but he has forgot his password.
Kindly let me know to proceed further in this scenario.

Quick Summary
Retreive thru adhaar and pan.
Make a dsc and reset password. Currently the link aadhar service is not yet upgraded and hence cannot be done.
Reset through e filing OTP through Tds details as per form 16/ 16A

Digital signature is possible to make on same day.
You can do it through OTP in a day
