-who has not filed returns for nearly 5 years and having income in India
-also not linked their PAN and Aadhar
- he is also not having DSC.
-Recently he received e campaign notice from IT department
- tried to download 26 AS, AIS, TIS but he has forgot his password.
Kindly let me know to proceed further in this scenario.
