While preparing Income tax return , assesee has mentioned aadhar number in the return but due to variation in name and date of birth between PAN and aadhar data , both are not linking . So if the aadhar number is mentioned in the return and it is not linked on the portal ,So is it valid ?

ITR is valid. Anyhow you have to link your aadhaar with pan before march 31 2018
