Assesse made a duplicate pan by giving aadhar as a document which caused duplicate pan got linked with aadhar..I have surrendered his duplicate PAN but I m still unable to link aadhar with old pan as site is showing "Aadhar is already linked to another PAN".

You Surrender duplicate PAN
I surrendered the PAN 3 months back
Plz make sure from IT department that Duplicate PAN has been cancelled
yes same has been surrendered but wen I visited with same complaint to income tax department they said ki surrender of PAN doesn't means delink of ur aadhar with PAN.
They suggested to file a PAN correction form with attaching aadhar as a document
