But last date is 31.3.21, now it's not possible to link if there is mismatch

Wait till if there will be any notification of extension

First do correction in your data and get ready to link though last date is 31.03.21. What will be the option available after 31st Mar is the question. get ready and wait
You have to go changes of correct date of birth and you will be done the process
Apply for change in AADHAR , same will be updated within 2-3 days
Is it compulsory for non tax filer also?
Yes it's compulsory. All those unlinked PAN cards will be invalid after cut off date.
