is it mandatory to link Pan and Aadhar for getting income tax refund for ay 21-22??

Pan adhar linkage is mandatory. You can sit at the comfort of your home and arrange.

My income tax refund is approved but showing awaited status for more than 3 months. my bank account is also validated. is the refund on hold due to not linking Pan and Aadhar??

Aadhaar PAN linking mandatory..But it may not be reason for refund failure.

Check 143(1) or refund failure communication if any..You may get a hint
