No Issue u cn ask for the copy of Pan Card at ur Company address too. For this, u will to give the Satement of Bank account bearing the present address of ur company.

As you are shifted from Chennai to Bangluru and if you are going to stay at Bangluru, then I will suggest you file form for address change and give the proof of Bangluru.
