Hello, recently i have got opened an new compnay from an CA, and the authorized capital of the compnay was 50lakhs and now the problem is that its paid up is also showing 50 lakh in master data, but I have not asked the CA to do so and now he is not helping me kindly tell me what should i do in this matter as i have only paid 40 lakhs till date in the company, how can i get it correct,

You should make online inspection of the company by paying fee of Rs.50 on MCA portal and download all the returns filed for the company. From the returns you can find out whether some wrong return has been filed (intentionally or unintentionally). If returns filed are OK but master data is wrong, you will have to take up the matter with MCA.
