Packing Charges under indirect expenses (Selling Expenses)
Under Indirect Expenses in Profit and Loss Account . Normally service Industries don't have Direct Expense , most of the Manufacturing Industries having Direct Expense , So restaurant is service providers , almost all expenses should go in Indirect Expenses .
Packaging cost form part of indirect overhead(expenses). /Selling expenses.
