For a Restaurant/Catering Industry, what should be the accounting head to charge the cost of Packaging items & Printing cost of Packaging items

Under Indirect Expenses in Profit and Loss Account . Normally service Industries don't have Direct Expense , most of the Manufacturing Industries having Direct Expense , So restaurant is service providers , almost all expenses should go in Indirect Expenses .
