swati...there are lots many factors works when deciding fresh ca salary packages....like... Education backgroud.. No of attempts taken to clear ca final... Articleship training.... Skills and presentation at the time of interview.... Salary negotiation with employer....etc-2

so what area i should improve for preparng my job interview ..as i have have tym..iwant to improve myself..can u plz guide me in ths..?

 

Mam As i have experience of my friends, in th efollowing area's we required to get improved

• Communication
• Prfoessional qualities
• presentation at the time of interview
• Sound Knowledge of our subjects specifically in TAX, AS, SA, And company law provisions.
•  knowledge of other like US GAAP, SAP etc.

 there are many other things ...............

 

swati you have to focus on the areas which you shown in the resume as experiance....like agar tumne resume me likha hai ki maine abc co ka audit kiya hai...then they ask u to explain the areas of audit working in that co...other example is that agar tumne resume me income tax,service tax etc ka exp dikhaya hai toh they can ask u the various practicle procedures related to such taxes....so be sure apne resume me original exp he show karna.....and unhi pe work karna...jisse interview me difficulty na ho...a part from that as saroj kumar said various issues unn pe bhi work karna...
