Our travel staff is staying in hotel rooms booked through OYO. After the stay is completed, the hotel bill is paid by them to OYO and OYO sends an on-line bill. The Hotel bill original bill is not there. Can such type of on-line bills be passed for payment? Kindly clarify.

Yes, these bills are equally valid as long as it contains necessary particulars like name of the person staying, period of stay, tariff charged etc.
