Ownership Documents for GST registration for Rural areas.
Please let me know the appropriate ownership documents for principal place of work where son is residing with father in his ancestral rural property. He can take his father's consent to do business in this property. As the property is encestral,father has no ownership documents for this residential property.

In India, for ancestral properties without clear ownership documents, the following documents might be relevant for establishing connection or rights.
If there's a family arrangmenet or partition deed.
Like land records or khasra/khatauni showing the father's or family's connectin to the land.
Affidavits or declarations: Stating the relationship and consent for business use.
